During the development of Universal Declaration Bioethics and Human Rights (UDBHR), discussions were held with various non-Christian religions (Buddhism, Hinduism, Islam Confucianism), as well Roman Catholic faith tradition around content UDBHR, while Protestant was glaringly uninvited. If a delegation had been invited to on UDBHR in 2003, representatives could have indicated that food ethics (access adequate nutrition) are firmly grounded biblical principles.
